Now Available... Gourmet Cooking Classes!

Echo Valley Meats and Hearth & Patio have teamed up to offer gourmet cooking classes! This particular class, taught by EVM's very own Executive Chef Pat Glatz, will teach you how to prepare gourmet sauces for meat & poultry.

Classes run from 6:30pm - 9:00pm. Our next class will be after the first of the year. Check back for more updates.
The class costs $40.
